The company is not a regulated financial institution and does not hold a licence from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). Securitisation vehicles established under the 2004 Law are not subject to CSSF supervision unless they issue securities to the public on a continuous basis.
The Credit Linked Notes issued by the company are offered exclusively to professional and institutional investors within the meaning of applicable securities legislation and are not available to retail investors.
